Fully disassemble a rotary engine step by step

springs and clearances,

rotors, housings, bearings, and irons.

Learn how to spot damage, wear patterns, and red flags most builders miss.

Ask questions as they come up—this is not a lecture, it’s a conversation.

By the end of Day 1, you won’t just know how to take a rotary apart—you’ll know what you’re looking at and why it matters.

Day 2 — Build It Right

Day 2 is where confidence replaces mystery.

You Will:

Learn proper cleaning techniques (what matters, what doesn’t, and what causes damage).

Measure and verify critical clearances.

Install seals correctly (and understand why orientation matters).

Learn tips for:

Maximizing compression

Improving longevity

Avoiding common assembly mistakes.

Reassemble the engine step by step with hands-on guidance the entire time.

Learn best practices for startup, break-in, and long-term reliability.
